Co-Founder & Vice President
Matthew co-founded MHC Datacomm in 1998 and has led the company through more than 25 years of growth across Texas, Colorado, and Florida. Graduated 1992 from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He worked in engineering of buildings and other systems which prepared him for his move into becoming a Systems Integrator. His hands-on background in low voltage systems and deep relationships with general contractors and project owners are the foundation of everything MHC Datacomm has built.

Co-Founder & President
Sandra co-founded MHC Datacomm alongside Matthew and has been instrumental in building the company's operations, culture, and client relationships. She graduated 1991 from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. She worked for KPMG and then BT Office Products prior to MHC Datacomm. Her leadership ensures that every project is delivered with the accountability and craftsmanship the company is known for.

Vice President of Operations
Started project management in 2001 and have helped develop many of our industrial clients, many that we still have today. I have helped Ben McCabe and Mark Turner to reach their project goals. We look at everything from a team standpoint to have a thorough understanding of our client's needs. We work to adapt to our client's needs.

Regional Manager — Colorado
Jeremy joined MHC Datacomm in 2012 and is the driving force behind our Colorado operations — building the branch from the ground up. Before entering the low voltage industry, Jeremy honed his customer service and management skills as a manager at Spago in the Beaver Creek Ritz Carlton, and developed a strong mechanical and construction foundation working in the trades in Georgia through his teens and early twenties before relocating to Colorado. That combination of hospitality-level customer focus and hands-on construction experience makes him uniquely effective in the field. Jeremy is highly knowledgeable across the systems MHC installs — cameras, access control, unit locks, and more — and his reliability and attention to detail have earned the trust of clients and colleagues alike.

Director of Operations — Southeast Texas
Jeff joined MHC Datacomm in 2016 as a Project Manager. A 1994 graduate of Lamar University with a degree in General Business and a concentration in Industrial Engineering, he entered the networking infrastructure cabling industry at the ground level and quickly moved into management. Over 30 years in the industry, Jeff has built lasting relationships with customers, general contractors, architects, and suppliers — helping to design and install network infrastructure that performs.

Office Manager
Emily has served as Office Manager for MHC Datacomm since March 2017. She oversees daily office operations, coordinates administrative functions, manages customer credentialing, maintains company records, and supports project and accounting processes to ensure efficient business operations. Emily works closely with staff, vendors, and clients to uphold the organization, professionalism, and productivity that the company is known for.

Regional Manager — Florida
Patrick joined MHC Datacomm in 2021, bringing 25 years of commercial and residential construction experience — including running his own company for the entirety of that career. His entrepreneurial background gives him a deep understanding of what clients expect: reliability, attention to detail, and someone they can trust to get the job done right. Patrick's ability to build lasting customer relationships makes him a natural fit for leading our Florida operations.

Project Coordinator — Texas & Louisiana
Ben joined MHC Datacomm in 2016 as an entry-level technician. His attention to detail and drive for excellence led to rapid growth in the field. He has developed strong expertise in fiber optics, access control, security camera systems design and integration, and a wide range of peripheral disciplines that make him a versatile and trusted member of the team.

Project Manager
Stephen joined the MHC team in 2022 as a Lead Technician. With 20 years of industry experience, he helps oversee the successful completion of multiple concurrent projects spanning structured cabling, network implementation, security cameras, and access control. Customer satisfaction is always the top priority.

Full Charge Bookkeeper
Laura joined the MHC team in 2022, taking charge of modernizing the accounting department. With over 35 years of finance experience and a solid background in construction, she is a Certified Bookkeeper proficient in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Enterprise. Laura manages all daily accounting operations for the organization.
